Come discover the realm of Probe Ottawa on Saturday, August 24th for our open house, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Get transported to the Byward Market and uncover a place that is out of this world where we celebrate diversity, inclusivity, and freedom of expression. New to all this? We've got you!

Have a close encounter with our fabulous community of unique individuals. We’re brimming with representation from all the different realms that make up our galaxy and we’d like to showcase them. Ottawa’s Capital Pride 2024 theme is “Listen. Learn. Act.” and we want to dedicate this afternoon to just that. We’re setting up stations and hosting presentations with all walks of life. We’ll have polyamory and pup play, talks on consent and sexuality, and a variety of demos on deck. Curious about events happening at Probe? We’d love to tell you all about what we have in store.

Drop in any time between 1PM and 5PM and say hi. In lieu of tickets we invite would like to invite you to bring a donation for SSWork.org! Donations can be made on our site to collect monetary donations for the organization, but no ticket is required to enter this event. 

Donation Bin Announcement for SSWork.org at Probe

We are excited to announce that we now have a donation bin for SSWork.org located at Probe! SSWork.org is on the path to becoming a non-profit dedicated to advocating for and educating about the rights of sex workers. They focus on street outreach and assist indoor/survival sex workers in transitioning to safer work options, whether that involves safer practices within sex work or exploring new career opportunities.

Their services include helping clients with resume writing, offering basic coding lessons, and providing free photoshoots along with interview-ready outfits for those looking to move into non-sex work careers.

They welcome contributions of food, clothing, monetary donations, and supply bags that include safer sex supplies (like condoms and lube). Items that tend to be in high demand include gently used lingerie, heels, and non-penetrative sex toys, alongside pet food and children's items, which reflect the caring nature of the community they serve.
